The announcement came on a lazy Sunday afternoon! We were all sitting in the living room watching football and Dayton and Abigail strolled into the room and sat down as if they had nothing to hide. Dayton turned to us (Monty and Nancy) and said that they had just bought a scale in town and they were wondering how much weight a pregnant woman should gain! Well, Monty and I can sometimes be a bit slow to catch on to things, but we caught on to this statement rather quickly! Needless to say, there were lots of hugs and kisses all around!
Once again our family is on the receiving end of a wonderful blessing! We thank the Father for being so kind to us even when we don't deserve His kindness! We thank Him for all the great LOVE and MERCY He has shown to us!!
